Customized products are often priced higher than standard products due to the additional time and resources required for their creation. Any product not listed on our website but tailored to your specific requirements will be considered a customized order.

Terms and Conditions for Customized Orders:

• Customization Process: By nature, a customized product is made to order, specifically for the customer. Once the order details are confirmed, production begins immediately, and as such, it cannot be canceled, nor can the payment be refunded.
• Cancellation Policy: If, under rare circumstances, an order needs to be canceled before dispatch, a refund may be issued. However, this will be subject to a deduction of up to 75% of the total payment to cover manufacturing and processing costs incurred up until that point. Once the order has been dispatched, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
• Payment Terms: Customized orders require full payment in advance, just like standard orders. As the manufacturing process begins immediately after payment, the payment is non-refundable in all cases.
• Production and Delivery Time: Customized products are not mass-produced and are tailored to individual specifications. Therefore, the production and dispatch process may take up to 7-8 weeks. If there are any unexpected delays, our customer support team will promptly inform you. We strive to provide high-quality products, and additional time may be needed to meet your specific requirements. However, the company is not obligated to provide detailed updates on every step of the manufacturing process after the order is confirmed.
• No Changes After Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no modifications can be made to the product. Please ensure that all details are accurate before finalizing your order.
